Çanakkale is roughly 320 km from Istanbul and, since the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge opened, the whole trip stays on the European side without a ferry. It is the base for Gallipoli battlefields, Troy and the Assos coast, so most bookings are full-day or multi-day chauffeur services.
Bridge and site parking fees are billed separately at cost; a full-day chauffeur is usually better value than a one-way transfer for battlefield tours.
